Rack Blast Freezers

The SCH 68×1 are rack blast freezers designed for cooling and rapid freezing of products before conservation. They come in a standard or tunnel version and can accommodate one 24’’x31’’ rack. They fulfill 4 functions : fast positive and negative cooling, blast freezing cycle and an automatic revert to conservation mode at the end of each cycle, for a maximum duration of 8 hours.

- +149°F to +50°F : fast positive cooling and automatic revert to conservation mode (+36°F) at the end of the cycle.
- +149°F to 0°F : fast negative cooling and automatic revert to conservation mode (-4°F) at the end of the cycle.
- +77°F to 0°F : blast freezing and automatic revert to conservation mode (-4°F) at the end of the cycle.
Stops ventilation contact when the door opens.
Panels insulated with polyurethane foam 0.35 lb/gal, 3’’ thickness.
Cycles controlled by a temperature sensor or measured by a pine type sensor.
Insulated floor 0.6’’ thickness in PVC, coated with 304 stainless steel.
Inner stainless steel protection layer.
Ergonomic door handle and standard automatic interior lighting with LEDs.
Hydraulic door closer (mechanical sealing with inside decontamination) at handle height to ensure airtightness.
Powerful air stirring due to oversized ventilators.
