The resting cabinets of the Eclipse BASIC range are ultra-compact intermediate proofers with gutters, able to fit into all kinds of bakehouses. The use of a resting cabinets assures a good expansion of the dough pieces after the division, which makes the lengthening easier when shaping the dough. The compact dimensions of the Eclipse resting cabinets allow an optimized working space and an ergonomic positioning.
