Divitrad Platinium

DiviTrad® Platinium Double Cut is a square tank divider, with automatic cutting cycle, able to divide dough directly into 2×10 pieces, and to accommodate different cutting formats thanks to its Grid support. DiviTrad® allows both the «classic» division before proofing, and the «traditional» division to form baguettes and bake immediately.
